I like 2S tinywhoop, specially 75mm tiny whoop with high kv motors. It seems the better choice right now if you want insane speed flight.
So this TinyHawk II is exactly in this spirit. But is it good ? Let’s do a tour !!

Clearly main drawbacks for the TinyHawk S have been fixed, specially the VTX is now up to 200mw and the angle of the camera (and a real camera btw with the Runcam Nano 2).
The position of the LIPO is still the only BNF that is doing that but it is much more efficient. Moreover the elastic secure correctly the LIPO, 1S or 2S.
They added some LED in the canopy which is pretty awesome and works really well (red) and are connected to the motors, so the light will change with the input of the throttle.
They are still using the JST connector for the 1S/2S LIPO. It could be nice to use XT30 for 2S, so you can swap. But there is still some really good LIPO on 2S like the GNB 2S 300mah.
Propellers are still the same since the last version and allow you turtle mode. Moreover you could find them in different colors, like red, blue, black. You will need o push them on the motor and they will be secure, it is pretty hard to lost one (and to change them too). A quick advice is to hold with your hand the motor and move slowly the prop to remove it.
As you can see, EMAX optimized too the motor connectors by removing them and solder the wire directly to the FC.
About the receiver, the range is really correct, really (at least on frsky). But on the FC you have some available UART (the 2), so feel free to add an external receiver like TBS Crossfire to have a pretty big range !!
Like with the TinyHawk S, they added two profiles for the PID. One for 1S LIPO and another one for 2S LIPO. But I’m not a big fan of the default tune, so I did one for Emuflight and it flight far far far better. Check the video to see how they performed on 1S and 2S:
You can use it for 1S/2S, on stab or acro mode. It works perfectly and give you all the power of this 75mm pusher drone !
I did two profiles, first one mainly for 1S/2S on acro and second one for 1S on stab.
The target for Emuflight is MATEKF411RX where you could be able to get this non stable firmware of Emuflight from this repository. You can grab any 0.2.XX version, I used the 0.2.38 on mine.
For me this drone is a MUST have, no way to skip it if you like to rip in your garden, or on a led track. Specially with this emuflight tune, you will have a real beast on 2S with a super flight.
